How to create and use custom stationery in Outlook
save prepared document in HTM format in folder:
winndows 7:
C:\users\username\appdata\roaming\microsoft\Stationery
windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\application data\microsoft\Stationery
after that go to (in Outlook)
file>>options>>mail>>stationery and fonts
click on "theme" and choose the saved file
